Prepaid maintenance Pkge

That's the same as the MBUSA price noted here. Considering an A service should run around $250 and a B plus brake fluid might be around $500, you are looking at about $1,500 out of pocket anyway. So it is not that great of a deal unless there is more your car needs. However, I think for your 2016 the ATF service is not until 6y/60k and plugs are not until 5y/50k. You should check your maintenance manual to be sure.
Who did you get the price from? The finance folks recommended for extended warranties should offer some of the best pricing, but I am not sure if they can do better on the new car 'premier' service packs like they can on the older car 'star' prepaid. Worth a try if you haven't contacted one of them though.

Probably hard to get that for lower then. It's up to you, but the better value for prepaid maintenance for your car might be to wait for the 40/50/60 since that is a B/A/B with the plugs due at 50 at ATF at 60. A 3 pack prior to those services should net you some real savings. This 4 pack for the first 4 services doesn't seem to save you any real money, unless I am missing something.

The prepaid maintenance is not a great deal vs just paying for the service when you need it. I have had it on my last two E212s and usually it was tossed into the lease at the dealer cost (usually the final negotiating item to have them throw it in).
If you have a well respected indy shop, they can do the oil change for under $75 (A service) and a lot less than what the dealer would charge for the B service as well. A number of my friends do that.

That's the sweet spot especially since plugs and ATF are due during that time for a 2011.
I paid $1,089 for a 3 pack almost two years ago for my 2011. Got it from MB of Austin because my local dealer wanted $1,295 plus sales tax. I was coming up on my 60/70/80 with plugs and ATF due at 60 and 80. Dealer pricing for those would have been $2,300 plus tax and fees. Pricing from two local indys was about $1,480 plus taxes and fees so I was even saving money compared to indys.
However, without plugs and ATF, had it just been for B/A/B services with brake fluid twice, it would have been $1,300 at my dealer and $800-900 at the indys. So I would not have done it. That's why it's best to research your car's maintenance schedule and look for the best time to get a 2 or 3 pack of services.

PAID $1475. 10/20/30/40 intervals.
My local dealership where I bought the car would only sell me a 20/30/40 3 yr package, and wanted $1475 for 3 yrs. They would not give me the 4yr package. I only have 6100 miles on the car (8 mths old) , The other dealerships prices were way over the price that I paid, so I'm happy with my deal.

Sounds like you got a good price on that package then. It surprises me but yet doesn't surprise me that dealers would charge more for the premier prepaid maint. plan than what MB lists on their website.
