07' E350 sport
Anyone purchase a new 16' E350 lately?

Ok so my wife and I love our w211 E350 sport. We are thinking it might be time to start looking for a replacement. Last Sunday we drove the new 17' E300 and were left unimpressed, seems MB is more focused on gadgets than the car itself. A 4 cylinder in this type of car is a joke. The car had an econo car 4cyl. type idle and you can tell the variac under the gas pedal is programmed to give max power at low input which is deceiving.

We recently drove a 16' E350 loaner while we were in for service and were impressed with its comfort, features and power. I imagine you could get a good deal on a leftover 16' now that the 17's are out. Has anybody bought a new 16' and how good of a deal could be negotiated.

Thanks, Chris

Thrilled to have found a new 2016 S212 E400 wagon as they are rare up here. Power is certainly adequate and the handling in Sport mode is rather crisp, but wonder if we'll see an S213 E43 come 2018. Apparently larger turbos and new software do the trick so a conversion is also possible.

Nice, didn't think those were available anywhere in NA. Did Canada also 6-cylinder diesel e-classes post facelift? That would be my ideal next car, but they were never sold in the US.

When will we see the E43? Also considering the CLS and w221 S class but the S might be too big for my wife.

Mercedes Benz E350
I didn't purchase, but leased a 2016 E350, new. It's priced 66K and they gave 10K off. 559 per month, 10k miles, 36 months. I really liked the car as it has everything that I wanted

In a wagon, only the E400 and E63 were available for 2016 north of the 49th. As far as the rest of the E-Class line, I don't believe there were any diesels offered here in 2016 and for sure not in 2017.
