Steering wheel switch replacement; leather cleaning etc

Couple of newb questions.

1 Steering wheel phone/volume switch (on the right) – part 172-540-03-62-8495. This is all scratched up and I wanted to replace it. Does is just pop out by prying it out or is there a technique to it or is it best left to the dealer? It’s a hundred dollar part.

2. What is a good leather cleaner folks recommend here? Have serious denim marks on beige leather that I am looking to remove. Thanks!

Thanks for the advice; Will give it a shot with the leather cleaners.
Fantastic write up on the steering wheel switch. A little more involved than i thought, especially the bit about handling the still-connected airbags.

Might give this a try http://controlbuttonrenu.com/.
