According to http://www.autoguide.com/auto-news/2...th-329-hp.html the E400 wagon will be launched early 2017 and WILL be coming to the USA. 
The article reports Expect pricing for the 2017 Mercedes-Benz E400 wagon to be announced closer to its launch early next year.. Congratulations to MB for continuing to bring this model to the US, I will be replacing my 2014 E350 wagon with the new E400.
