So i just found out that you need to pay a monthly service fee for each of the feautures you want to have.I thought that features like remote parking and remote lock and unlock would be free of charge...

The unlock/lock, remote start and some others have a complementary 5 year "trial." Other services like the concierge, roadside, etc. have a smaller trial about 3-6 months before you have to pay for the subscription.

The deals, services and costs are different in each country.

AFAIK only the US has MBrace.
