77mm Clutched Supercharger Pulley NOW AVAILABLE

The new UPD 77mm SC clutch style pulley is a breakthrough in power and performance for the M113K engines. We are now able to reach new power levels with an easy SC pulley change and still retain the clutch SC pulley feature.

Incorporates a custom duel bearing design, special tight tolerance thrust bearing to handle more power, rpm and increase clutch engagement.

Only 2.25 lbs VS OEM at over 3lbs

This will equal to a 180mm crank pulley.

Beltwrap kit is recommended.

Price is 695 plus shipping

Have these been tested thoroughly or just another sell to members and fix the issues later?

Has the spring/rivet issue been fixed? If so, how?
Has the tune been perfected? If so, how? (I know it's clutched...)
Where is the product manufactured? USA, China, Germany?

I am missing the 180CP power but not really looking to buy another problem.

Thanks

Have these been tested thoroughly or just another sell to members and fix the issues later? They have been tested. But then again for example an ARP bolt has been tested but for some reason it can get lose.

Has the spring/rivet issue been fixed? Issue has been fixed since the last year production models
Has the tune been perfected? the tune is similar to the one for a 180mm
Where is the product manufactured? USA

Sweet

**** happens man! I just want to make sure. I don't want another "loose" product . I'll be in touch soon. Once I get everything in line I'll hit you up. Thanks again! Seems like a killer setup. I had the 180CP and since going stock CP I have always wondered if the HP/TQ feels the same as a CP. It should unless I am not thinking right...

Yes it will!

I have run my 77mm clutched sc pulley for little over a year now and sure is an easy install for big power.

Do we need to change injectors? What cooling mods do we need?

Injectors help for safety form running lean
Cooling mods will always help

This is equal to a 180mm crank pulley so same supporting / safe mods will be needed

I just came across a tuner in the UK that has just tuned a Cls55 with the clutched 77mm SC pulley

Stock
423whp
475 wtq

77mm pulley tuned
509 whp
596 wtq

Only other mods were an X-Pipe and Resonator delete

Gotta love them gains

Just installed this pulley last week along with a belt wrap kit upgrading from my 84mm. Dynoed the car today, put down 489whp/571wtq on a dynojet. Other mods are eurocharged stage 2 package with stock crank pulley. Thanks Shardul!

I just installed this pulley today, replaced the 83mm clutched pulley. Turned my car into an absolute @#$^%* beast! This is just what the doctor ordered, thank you Shardul! Going to have Tony dyno tune it soon to dial it in, but it is insane now...will roast the tires from a 40-50mph punch.
