Sounds like you are paying a pretty hefty dealer mark up. I know they updated the window regulators somewhere around 2005, so as much as it sucks it sounds like you have the older style. I know the guys on pointedthree with the 2002/03 G's can pretty much replace these regulators in their sleep now.
