2000 G500 No Start

I received a phone call from my wife early this morning as she was having trouble with our G500. She told me that it started jerking, lost power and was idling very low, to the point where it wouldn't even move. I decided to go have a look before I had it towed. It started up for me but had a low rough idle, wouldn't take an throttle or move under its own power. After getting it back to the house, I tried starting it again but it wouldn't turnover, as if the CPS was not working?? I replaced the CPS about a year ago. I decided to pull it out and have a look, it still looks pretty new. Is there anyway to check the CPS? Is it possible that my TPS has gone bad? Is there a way to check this? No idiot lights are on, I haven't gone to barrow a scan tool yet. I was hoping someone could give me some insight to what it might be. I have been looking at threads all day and haven't really seen anything else like this. strange it ran fine, then 15 mins into a drive just died out, and now won't even turn over. the central locks still work fine, no flashing lights when trying to turnover. I checked all the fuses.

Anyone have a suggestion?
