G-Class import question.
Hey guys, just curious if any members here have imported a g class from Japan to Canada before. I'm debating on giving my 124 wagon to my old man and picking up a LHD Japanese G class. Any troubles once you got it? Mechanical or maybe registration or something that wouldn't be an issue with say a "domestic" g class. Really any info is appreciated. Btw if you aren't in Canada but have knowledge on import procedures, your only is highly appreciated as well.
Really I'd prefer finding G320, or a diesel. But ultimately If a V8 seems like the way to go then I'll get one of those.

I just brought one in approx 2 months ago. 98 G320.
I used jdmconnection in Alberta for all the details.
Look for an auction grade of 4 - at least.
I have a small laundry list to do, silly things such as install a North American radio, change the mirror glass component.
Overall pleased, but still forked out some decent money to get it here.

How much was it all said and done if you don't mind me asking? And is it the g320 diesel or gas? And how does it feel to drive? Considering its a box on wheels haha.
Still sounds like you got a decent one overall
