Purists of the iconic Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen will always yearn for the boxy, militaristic style that made the truck the icon that it is, and Daimler’s boss is aware of this. Speaking with Bloomberg, Dieter Zetsche said that the truck, “Has to continue as it looks today. It’s not a vehicle that pretends. The G-Class is the original.”
