G63 bumper conversion on G550 - need fenders?
Hi all,
I recently picked up my G550 and was considerig getting one of the g63 bumper kits (there seem to be plenty floating around on eBay) but had a question regarding fit from someone who may have done this before. Does the front bumper necessitate getting the AMG fender flares so the bumper doesnt extend beyond the wheel arch? I cant tell if it flares at the bottom enough. I actually like the g550 fenders as i feel they make my 20" AMG wheels fill them out without the need for spacers.
Secondly, if i purchase one of these kits; i will want to get a factory 2013+ brush guard. I see these mount to the front of the bumper. My question with this is: wil the brush guard mount directly to the inner bumper, or how would it actually mount (structurally) onto the plastic bumper cover? My truck is a 2009, and it looks like my stock brushguard mounts directly on the steel bumper which will obviously be removed.
I appreciate any input anybody can give, as these parts are expensive and the sellers dont seem to actually know much about their fitment.
Here is a link to the parts Im looking at:

Thanks!!!

It's $3800 to do it the right way. Before painting and install.

Part Numbers
If you can find the Part Numbers for the Bumper and associated items, then you could save yourself some money. Up to 50% off some of the sites prices for OEM parts. I've also tried a knock-off part that didn't fit well. I only wasted $180 and learned a lesson.
Personally I would only do this conversion on a G55...
