Looks like 8 lugs. Is G65 8 lug?

Those wheels are not my cup of tea...but if you are looking to transform your G500 into a beast i can only recommend HUTCHINSON WHEELS. Similar to the ones from the 6x6.

Correct, these Wheels won't work on the Stock W463 Wheel Hub.

Would have to upgrade to Portal Axles/etc...

Better off ordering a G550 4X4 to be honest.
