Wow, great find. Interior upgrades are very extensive...biggest since 2001 I'd say...and that V12 barely fits in the engine bay! Was this in JAFZA?

yea ***** man hold that thing still! Jeez, but yea thats def a V12 in there, I'm sure that cost a fortune. This isn't the 1st time the V12 has been mated to an AWD transmission right? I think Brabus has done it before, I can't remember which, maybe the ML got a V12TT in one of their show cars? Engine shots remind me of my buddy's VRP CL65. Damn was that thing fun, got to drive it from NJ to Boston it was pretty amazing. Can't imagine what this 1 would be like, I wish I could see that fuel computer better...still a great find though.

Someone told me cars out there in Dubai are fairly cheap. As a matter of fact my friend is there right now checking out an Aston Martin V8 Vantage priced at $47k with less than 20k miles. How much is a G55 out there?

G55's are cheaper in the US than in Dubai...by about 15-20%.

So if that G65 makes it here it'll probably be like $200k, similar in price to an S65, SL65 or CL65. I think a G63 V8 Biturbo will be plenty fast and the price a bit more palletable.

Euros 200k+ is what most people expect, not US$. A G63 is also expected. The G65 will be a limited edition model of which only 200 units will be produced. The real target market is the Middle East.

S/CL65 are priced in $$(in US) similar numbers to European prices in €s.
It is very likely then that G65 will cost about $200k in US while €200k in Europe.
If they ever decide to certify that thing for US though, with its idiotic crash test requirements for any new car (even when only the engine is different).
Regardless,it will be instant classic and a future collectible......

The sticker price on a brand new Benz is more expensive here than back in Canada but used ones are quite a bit cheaper I've found (and in far better shape, no rain, no snow).

However, I look at it a little differently. In Canada I was paying almost 50% income tax plus 7% (well, its 5% now) GST so if I bought a $100,000 car I would have had to earn around $160,500 to buy it. Here in Dubai there is no income or sales tax so in essence, it actually takes less earnigs to purchase the car even if it is 10-15% higher cost.

All comes down to dollars, cents and perspective...

are you guys sure this isn't the G63? The tach redline is suggesting the M157's 6400 RPM redline rather than the 6000 RPM in the M275

Latest news from Dubai , I heard yesterday that one guy did the the special order of 100 g65 cars that seen in the pictures and he will sell them not the dealer
And they will sell for around 900k to a million dirhams ( us dollar is 3.67 dirhams)
We will see if it's true or not

AD500, doubt it as G-Class prototypes with similar modifications have been seen in Death Valley in the US this summer undergoing hot weather testing. Also the updated interior will be for all models, not just the G65.

It's not about the facelift maybe he did order the special cars from the facelifted models but am sure the new g55 will be the 5.5 twin turbo because it's very possible with the guys here to do crazy things like the rumors I heard so we will wait until we hear something from an official source

Good spys maybe!!!!!! Obviously whoever was in charge of these G wagens left them unlocked so that prying eyes turned into prying hands and snapped some nice pics.
