1993 500GE AMG
I have a 1993 500GE AMG, which was the first year AMG badge was put on a G wagon and 500 units were made during that year.
Is this model considered a collectors car and which would be considered a classic when compared to 1992 500E (which I am considering buying)?

Condition / mileage / options matter. If necessary, you may be able to improve condition but it's a fine line between remaining original and NOS replacements. Mileage and options are what they are. Can you describe your 500GE AMG? I'll vote then.

As you well know, the E500E is a special car co-developed and built with Porsche. In my opinion, it suffers from NOT having an AMG badge. It'll continue to appreciate more than regular cars, but the lack of that small detail will hold it back. Just my $.02!
I'm a sedan guy and love the idea of the E500E, but pre-KUWTK G's are special too.
