A limited edition G55 built by AMG to commemorate the start of series production of the G-Class in 1979. Only 79 units were built. Exterior is painted in designo Magno Alanite Grey (matte) with carbon-look side trim strips and titanium finish wheels. The interior features include designo two-tone leather seats in black/sand, solid carbon-fibre trim, and the Edition logo "1 out of 7".
