Picking up a 2015 E350 next week, am I getting a good deal?
Dealer let me take home a 2015 E350, $66k sticker, for the other night.
I am approved to lease it and they are holding it for me over the weekend.
Deal is $58800 adjusted MSRP (after USAA), .00057 MF, $41k residual, 27 month lease.
$1850 down (first payment and tax/title)
$757 a month (not including prepaid maint.)
15k miles a year
I am also getting my current lease pulled ahead 5 months (yay!) which is going to save me a bundle as I won't be over on my miles, don't have to replace the brakes, etc. This is literally saving me $1500 on overage alone and $600 on brakes, and thy are NOT rolling any of my payments into the new lease. It appears to be totally forgiven.
Is there any room for negotiation on this or is this the best I am going to get?

From what I understand from my guy who works at MB dealer with the Pull ahead program you still need to be under the miles. Just because they pull you 5 months don't mean they forgive the 5 months of miles.
For examples let's say your lease is 24 months and 12k miles per year, essentially making that 1,000 miles per month. So from what he told me.. When you get to let's say the 20th month and you want to use your 5 month Pull Ahead program, (they they cover the last 5 months 20-24) you can only have what the average of the miles should be 5 months short. So if you signed up for 12k miles at the 19th month you should be at 19k miles or if it was the 20th month you should be at 20,000 miles in order to not pay for over miles usage.
At first I thought if they pulled me ahead 5 months then as long as I'm under 24,000 miles I should not pay and thy saving me 5 months.. But it doesn't work that way. The pull ahead will only get you out of paying the car commitment but unless the dealer has it in writing and tell you that they are not only going to pull you ahead 5 months but will also cover your miles if you are over what to should be turning it in 5 months early. Be sure to look into that.

Just based on the provided information you should be at around $705 a month including tax.
You have lots of room to negotiate and given your situation I would suggest this:
Deal should be $56,000 (after -$3500 USAA discount), .00057 MF, $41k residual, 27 month lease.
Zero down
$670 a month including tax
There may be more room as I don't know the exact residual value and money factor.
