When you stop in a traffic light, should you go to N with automatic transmission?
I am always going to Neutral when come to red light. Is it good for the transmission?

IMO it's unnecessary. The effect on the transmission will be negligible plus you're putting more use on the selector which is not the best in the world to begin with.
