ECO mode, any concerns about additional engine wear ?
Been doing some research and I see the engine is not using the starter to restart after shutting off due to ECO mode, from what I gather the ECU is smart to enough to know which cylinder is at TDC and fire a spark to restart the car. Clever.
My next thought was oil running back into the pan when stopped, effectively meaning a cold start each time ?
But probably not an issue since your car is not off that long ?
Just curious how this all works...
My Engineer brain is going nuts thinking about this stuff lol
