Sorry didn't read your post properly - thought you were using cheap labour to do it - there are people who know more about this than me - but you need to get the dust & dirt off before anything - pressure hose, snow foam etc - there is lots of info on detailing sites.

Problem is, unless you are washing it indoors by the time your car is dry, you will probably have another layer of dust on the car! Unless it is raining like today, it is always dusty in the ME
