Vibrations

Recently had CV boots and axiles replaced. With car (e350 wagon) still, virbation when shifted to Drive and Reverse. Motor and transmission mounts were replaced...still vibration. What could cause this?

New tires 6 months ago. Aligned and balanced. No vibration before cv work.

Bought a brand new jeep a few years ago. Drove perfectly. Didn't use it much, but it developed a vibration. Tried everything. no luck. A kid at the local tire shop exchanged my tires for some used ones he had at the shop. Vibration gone. The tires had somehow gotten out of round.
