2007 GL450 Horn Randomly Going Off!!
Help - my GL is possessed!!
Has anyone else had this problem?? The horn just randomly started going off and now when we start up the car the horn just starts blaring and won't stop until we turn off the car. Have to start and stop it several times before it stops going off.

I'd get this looked at as soon as you can. It's possible there's some sort of short in your steering wheel, and with that airbag (read "cannon") pointed at your face you really don't want a short around that stuff!
It also could be about a thousand other things, but just a thought on the subject. I'm no mechanic!

This is the best malfunction ever! I had a Jeep that did the same thing, and went off when a bunch of handicapped people were crossing in front of me at a charity car show. I had to hold my hands out of the window to avoid a lynching! This makes life more interesting!

GL 450 horn going off
My GL was doing the same thing. I was told a sensor on the back of the steering wheel had worn down. They wanted 1k to fix it with a new steering wheel even though the sensor is only a couple dollars. I took out the fuse and it stopped but I have no horn. Looking for a used steering wheel to replace the faulty one.
