The " BEST DEAL " will not require any downpayment. Only Bank Fee, First payment and DMV fees ( I would not put even that).
Does $850 per month include NY tax ? How many miles per year ? How much down - if any ?

Are you getting those deals from Dealers or Independent brokers ?
I noticed brokers in many cases cheaper. I've got some numbers - pm me if you need it.

how does buying from a broker differ from a dealer. I have never heard of anything other than a dealer.

It's the same as buying from a dealer, where a broker actually gets a car, but with some kind of corporate discount . Discount in the price means better lease payment for a client. There are many broker companies in NYC and I got several great deals using their service. BTW..you don't need to live in NY to lease from them.

So you've got $5K to put down, and you want to buy a vehicle with 52K clicks on it for $43K? Monthly will be about a grand after tax, title, license, etc. over 48 months...plus will be out of cpo warranty after 2 years. I'd vote for a lease when you don't have much to put down. Good Luck - either way your getting into a great rig.
