are the air vent horizontal dial wheel supopsed to be illuminated?
i don't remember, but are the horizontal air vent dial wheel supposed to illuminated or not?

yeah, my question was for night time.
can you also let me know if the ceiling air vent dials illuminate at night as well?
reason i ask is my car was in the dealership for almost 3 weeks getting the headliner replaced, and when i drove the car last night it just looked different until i realized the vent dials were illuminated.

i'm out of the country now on business so i can't stop by a dealership, but looking online it seems the vent dials aren't illuminated.
can someone please check and verify if the dial vent wheel lights up or not...and also check the ceiling mounted one. because looking at the picture below, it looks like it isn't illuminated...granted the picture is a from a ml350 which is similar...
