Does the 09 GL450 come stock with crossbars?

Does the 09 GL450 come stock with crossbars?
I just picked up a CPO 09 GL450 for a good deal and noticed it didn't come with the crossbars on the roof rack. Was it supposed to come with it stock? Or is that an extra add on feature?

Haha. Ok, just to put it all into perspective, i think its a good deal based on location and timing. I got a 2009 CPO GL450 with the P1 package, 19" wheels, new tires, keyless-go, etc. with 28k miles for a little under 42k. Car is spotless with no dings or scratches. The vehicle was initially sold in July 09 so this also meant that i still have about 1.5 years left on the original manufacturers warranty before the CPO kicks in. Here in LA, 2009 GL's with low mileage are hard to come by so i thought it was decent. Plus, we were in a bind and needed a car immediately (previous car was totaled) and couldn't afford to wait for the deal of the century to fall into our lap. What do you all think? 
I also noticed that there are no metal front/rear bumper skidplates on the car. Anyone know where to find them for a good price?
