Glow Plugs

Has anyone replaced their own glow plugs and if so how difficult was it? I just found out I have one bad(check engine ligth came on) on cylinder 1. Tech is recommending all be replaced as it is not much more labor to do all vs one.
2008GL320 with 127K miles.
Thanks!

Just wondering how much is labor to replace glow plugs. I have gas motor though. At one point we were and are consider going diesel for our next vehicle.

good question.

what i do know is that once they fail you want to replace them quick as often they start to disintegrate... right into the cylinder(s).
