Struts Being Replaced on my 11'...
Not sure why the struts are being replaced at 20K miles. I also fell for the dealer alignment trick after noticing a rougher ride. That was a month ago. Thoughts on this?

Yup, like I said I took the bait. The ride was rough as explained at service B, service rep suggested alignment might help. I am usually very skeptical of such services, but the $200 downside was limited. Do I call him out on this?

More details needed...... struts being replaced MIGHT be a cause for an alignment BUT...rough ride?? don't think so. ...and..... all struts at 20K?

Fronts only. All this is covered under warranty, except for the alignment. I have also had the front knuckles replaced already. I am going to ask about the alignment

Both of my front struts were replaced last week. My car has 14K miles. The ride was good, but I started to hear clunking noise/knocking from suspension from about 7K miles, especially going thru any speed bumps. One dealer changed bushings, after that they said this knocking is normal. I went to another dealer and they replaced both struts. The sound disappeared. Couple of my friends, who have GL experienced the same issues and changed struts also.
