Is that OK to use wheels from GLK on GL?
I'd like to find out if it is safe to use wheels from Mercedes GLK Model -A2044015002 on Mercedes GL450 2007. The wheels fit nicely by specs but then I am not sure why they are not offered for GLs from the dealer. Is any possible issue. Mercedes GL is much heavier. This is only my concern. Any advice is highly appreciated.
Thank you.

I am not sure. I have a model number and looked if they fit. However, I dit not find any specs on load. I am not sure about load ratings. This is what I was looking to find out.

Look for the specs for the GLK the wheels came from. Find the rated load for each wheel (if they only give the load per axle then divide by 2). If the laod you see is very close to what the GL wheels are designed to see then you are probably OK. If not and you still want to use the GLK wheels then only load to the new [lighter] load - in other words limit your loads.
Are the wheel offsets the same? if not, handling may be adversely affected.

Thank you for the advice. I looked at the specs on these wheels and found out that the offset is 47 when suggested offset for GL wheels is 56.

With the lower offset, you may find that there is not enough clearance for the larger brake calipers that are on the GL. (If, in fact, the calipers are different - I haven't checked on that)

The higher the offset=bigger chance of not clearing the calipers
Personally, i would would get wheels with a bit higher offset, just because you can add spacers and make the wheels "flush" with the fenders.
Now you really should look at load max,
Your 2007 GL450 has 5,249-pound curb weight
2007 GLK350 has Curb weight of 4079 lbs.
GLK is about 1/5th less than GL, so i would definitely check the load ratings. Or just call local MB and ask then if you could order the GLK wheels for your GL. If they say yes, ask them if the wheels are not going to break since its significantly heavier. If they say its all good, tell them to send you an estimate for the whole thing saying its safe to have those wheels on your GL and that your gonna make a decision in few weeks.
This way you will be sure just in case the wheels do break on you you will be able to take legal actions on MB dealership. (Make sure if everything works out to get OEM wheel not replicas)
