looking to purchase one
buying a 2009 or 2010 gl in usa
Has anyone imported either of these vehicles lately? I want to buy one but am hearing it is a problem. has anyone used a broker? I'm looking for someone on the west coast of Canada. I know I have to get a letter from Mercedes to ensure there are no recalls and have a Mercedes dealer in Canada do a couple of modifications. Can anyone help? This is my first time on this site and it looks like a good one,

Just call MB USA and they will issue the letter to you for a fee. Before that have a US dealer clear up any recall campaigns. I dont mind the analog speedometer so no need to replace the console. As long as you have digital speedometer and daytime running lights then you are fine. MB dealer here wanted $2500 to convert which i didn 't think necessary
