GL350
I’m very interested in this question as well. I’d bought a 2010 GL350 a few months ago and I’ll be due for a “C” in about 6,000 miles. I have no facts, but from what I’ve read on other forums, it sounds like $600 would be a good guess. If anyone has gone through this with their GL, please share your experience and feedback. Besides price, I’m also curious to know:
- What is the typical turn-around time? Same day? Overnight???
- Does the service only check for actual malfunctioning/worn parts and replace as needed? Or, are there parts that are automatically replaced (hoses, belts, light bulbs, filters, etc) just because it is “due”?
- Has anyone had a major surprise in terms of additional costs that they weren’t expecting? Mine is still under its original warranty, so I’m not anticipating any major surprises, but would like to be prepared for them….

Out Of Control!!
My 2008 is due for a "C" service in about 600 more miles at about 99,000 miles on the clock.
The dealer said it could be up to about $600 but though less.
When I was talking with him he said he did not have the time to pull up the records and double check, since it will be my first service for this car, he had not seen it previously.

Wife took her '08 320 in for its 60K service yesterday. Front pads need replacing along with the power steering leak fixed, and there's a leak around the oil cooler under the intake manifold. Very glad I purchased the extended warranty!! lol
