Looking for a part number: Small hose clip
I need the part number for the small hose clip that holds the hose onto the bracket that holds the Glow Plug controller.
One broke and the other cracked when I was replacing the controller.
I can probably fashion a clip or find a generic "Dorman" part, but would rather get the original part.
(Life was easier when service manuals were printed on paper!)

Nope, doesn't seem to be there.
If you look at bracket 165, the hole that is on top and slightly twisted is where the clip mounts and hold the hose that is running by.
Thanks anyway.
Anyone else know the part number?

It looks like #450 in this diagram, but I don't think it is on that hose, so I am not sure it would be the right size.
Even if it is, there is no part number associated with #450

Was thinking I could use a wire-tie type hold down like #20 as a replacement.
But the part looks like a more rounded version of #250, or a plastic version of #770 (With a mounting clip)
Are there more generic fastener pages I could look through?

just go to your local harbor freight and see if you can adapt something

3.41 in.
Except the MB part is not as round a clip and the opening is on the side. ALmost a squared off "C" shape.
Yep, Just going to go to the auto parts store and get a generic part.
The only purpose is to stop the hose from chafing, I would assume.
