Hi,
Looking for help. my two little grand-kids can not watch any DVD movies on the rear video system anymore. looking for help so i can sleep at night.
I jump started my daughter car, and after that the rear entertainment system was not working anymore. There is no power to the monitors in the bach and also the DVD disk is in the player and i guess because on not having power i can not take it out.
I believe it my be a blown fuse, not sure but wanted to see if i can save some money now that i am a 72 year old retired nurse.
Your help will be...well received.

My first guess would be to check the rear entertainment system fuse. Are you mechanically inclined to do that? If not can you ask someone to help?

I am able, but i need someone to point me to the exact fuse number and location.
I drive 2008 gl 450

In the trunk area, on the right hand side wall there is a fuse compartment. Fuses F23 and F25 deal with rear sound system. I don't know if this is the same for 2008 as in 2011, but you should have a fuse chart in the bottom of the trunk floor where the spare wheel is. Look for a fuse that deals with rear seat entertainment system, I don't remember the exact number sorry.

I just checked and it is f23 so I would check that first
