I was under my GL550 changing engine oil yesterday and noticed the tubes on the right side (driver side) of the oil pan is wet. one tube has a fresh drop of oil. The location is the red circle in the picture. Can someone tell me what this is? Is it a DIY thing?

That sir is a power steering hose. Check the fitting is tight, if not replace the line set. Looks to be just starting to leak, just damp.

Either way i would clean it super good and look at it after a couple days of driving with a flashlight and see if you can see fresh fluid.
