Just did this two weeks ago myself. See post #18. The "pivot bracket" is a bit tricky but you'll get it when you see it. Helps with two pairs of hands to handle the bumper cover. Have fun!

On the pdf documents (AR88.20-P-2000GZ), where is the 4 bolt and 5 bracket picture shown on the car?
On the pdf document (AR88.10-P-1310GZ), can you remove the liner to access the parking sensors and not remove the bumper?

You'll see the bolt and the bracket after you remove the fender liners. It's the tricky bracket I mentioned earlier. They (L&R) hold the bumper cover to the fenders.
You'll have to take the cover off to access the sensors IIRC. They are sandwiched between the cover and the impact absorbing foam. It's not a difficult job. It took two of us about three hours.
How would you check the sensors? My service rep told me which one was bad when the car was in service .
