Radio working but no sound.

Radio working but no sound.
Looking to see if anyone has had a similar issue and how it was resolved. Everything worked fine last night but this morning not able to get any sound from the radio. Thanks for any advice on this issue.

My wife did the same thing right after we got our GL. She hit the mute button just below the screen without realizing she had hit it, or that there even was a mute button.

The default settings for the sound system should be for the mute to reset to audio ON when the electrics are first turned on. So the radio audio should work when the car is first started. Same for the COMAND nav audio.

No it was not muted, but it miraculously started working after the car had been off for about 5 hours. I have no idea what was going on with it. Hopefully it keeps working !
