2001 SLK 230, 2007 GL 450
Dreaded tumbler flap breakage...
Well just got a P2006 error. Popped the cover off the motor and sure enough the actuator arm is broken.
No way I'm paying the dealer for a whole new intake manifold though. After some digging around I found this.

There are some cheaper versions on eBay that are aluminum as well, but not finished as nice and they don't have the ball sockets for the actuator arms but pins and cotter pins instead.
After reading through the WIS doc I'm pretty sure I'm going to just do this myself though I might consider taking the new arm and the car to the indy I use.
Thankfully there isn't any drive-ability issues, seems to be running okay.
I'd sure like to take whatever junior grade engineer who decided that was a great place to use a plastic part, and beat the living tar out of him.
