What Can I Expect

I'm debating whether to get rid of our 07 GL450 that has 70,000 miles. We just had to replace the thermostat. In the past we had to replace all 4 air struts, power steering reservoir, replace cam plug and centrifuge. If i decided to keep it two more years what else do you think i'd have to replace? Do you think i'd spend more than $5,000 in repairs in two more years?

Sounds like you have the bulk of the issues knocked out. Here's what you have left. The rear hatch locking mechanism will fail, water pump will blow, and turbine speed sensor in the tranny will fail. You may have a wheel bearing fail too.

Thanks for the response, just ballpark, how much would those additional items be to fix at a dealer?
