Hi Guys,
Having a problem recently when the tailgate opens it extends up all the way but then immediately descends about 1 foot lower. I tried resetting it by holding the button for 3-4 seconds and hearing the beep, however this does not resolve the issue. The gate closes fine.

Is this a hydraulic problem?

Interesting. So if you set it to not open fully, it goes to the desired height and then moves down? Or only does this when it opens fully?

Yes, exactly. If i set it, it stops and then drops a few inches.
Any ideas?
