Brake help!

Hello, just wondering which brand pads are recommended for rear 09 Gl450 brake replacement. My break wear light has come on and the rears need replacing. Anyone have brands that they prefer? I'm looking for similar ride to the OEM pads. Thanks in advance!

Akebono is the way to go. Better performance than OEM and no dust.

Thanks everyone! We ended up ordering the Akebono based on reviews, performance, and dust amount. The new pads come with the new sensor already also. Can't wait to get them here (next week) and get them installed to get rid of the "brake wear" pop up warning!

I'm trying to order brakes as well for my 07 GL450 as the break wear indicator is on. Where did you order from and what is a reasonable price for a mechanic to do it? TIA

We ordered the akebono rear pads from Amazon for $55 and paid $110 (one hour of labor) for installation.
