Issues with 2011 GL350

I have done 112k miles and here are the issues in hand -

1. BlueTec Heater - $2000 (just fixed)
2. Intake Manifold - $1538
3. Oil cooler leaking - $2276
4. Oil leak in Rear Main seal - $1337

I got this quote from dealership.

Here are my questions -
1. Is this normal wear and tear? Note, dealer wants to desperately sell a new GL to me hence very skeptical.

2. Does the cost look OK to you?

3. Should I fix or look for a new vehicle instead?

Appreciate your advice! Thanks

The prices are inline with dealer practices.

The identified problems are also somewhat common.

Fix them and drive for another 150k miles during which you will replace rear airbags, compressor and maybe front shocks.

Repairs

Prices look to be correct.
I would clean it real good and try to verify if the rear main seal is really bad. If the oil cooler leaks it will ooze out the back of the engine block.

What's wrong with the intake manifold?

You must drive a lot? That's more than most 2011 models...

Thanks for your responses. There was nothing wrong with the manifold hence didn't fix it but fixed the rest. Probably the main seal wasn't a problem to begin with. I had taken it to a non-mercedes mechanic prior to the mercedes dealer to fix the oil leak. The non-mercedes dealer did a quick check and tried fixing the main seal and messed-up. Hence took it to dealership. They found the main seal section was fixed properly and the real leak was with the oil cooler. The mercedes dealer didn't charge me the main seal work. Working great now!!

Mercedes Benz GL350 x164 2011
It seems like too many issues with this car. I personally do not enjoy the ride either.. too boaty feeling like. Not very smooth on holes and bumps..

Does anyone have any experience of how it compares to a 2012 ML?

I had my 2010 GL350 oil cooler and blue tec pump fixed just before warranty expires. Now at 65k runs great so far.

We have ~86k on our 2011. Also, under original warranty had the:
- steering column replaced
- sunroof button replaced

Extended warranty:
- New aircon unit installed (mess up from installation of steering column replacement)
- Oil cooler replaced (this is a long, drawn out diagnostic process with the car being in and out of the shop for almost 2 1/2 weeks)
- Seals related to oil cooler replaced (they originally thought that was the issue)
- Coin tray repaired
- Car heating up and going into limp mode due to something making a fuse blow

New Issues
- Acceleration issues (turbo not kicking in)
- Keyless Go on both keys (with new batteries) not working

If we had not purchased the MB Extended Warranty, we'd be very disappointed. Not sure how one dealer would pin a problem on another dealer without it. Our last payment on the car is this year and we'll still have about two years left on the warranty. Original plan was to drive this truck a year sans payments and sell with a year left on the warranty, but not sure it'll hold out that long. We like the car, but wonder how much damage one dealer did to the poor thing when the steering column was replaced. Feel like it was all downhill from there.

Service at our current dealer is stellar.
