Ch ch ch ch changes- hood ornament

I don't know, I shouldn't bother, but I somehow feel cheated. I want a hood ornament for my GL 320. The little medallion button is pretty but I grew up in the 70s, I want a hood ornament. What lies under the medallion? Can I hood ornament be put in its place?
