Another Airmatic Issue

So I got the pulley problem(s) sorted - two new pulleys, tensioner pulley, new serpentine belt and CLEANING the grooves in the pulleys and now a new problem.

I'm familiar with the air springs failing, and, unfortunately, after fixing my engine the front right air spring seems to have failed. OK. Start it up and it fills to normal ride height until I park it - when I come back, the truck has dropped. Three days later, the rear right airbag does the same thing.

Cue to Sunday (the 17th) they don't inflate to normal ride height so I kick it into "off road" mode, fills up nicely so I drive around town a bit. Get out and don't lower the suspension and I come out of the shops a little while later and the truck is still at off road height with no sag. Haven't driven on the highway (so no automatic lowering) and haven't dropped the suspension and the air springs are still inflated today (20th).

IMO this seems to defy logic - if I don't inflate the springs fully I get a race car stance on the right side of the truck - if I set it to off road mode it stays up high.

What should I be looking at to fix this?

Damn, I'm bracing myself for this stuff to happen to mine.
