I am looking for the rubber grommets that have come off my OEM stainless steel running boards. Any idea where I can buy replacements?

yes you can, i had to buy one

the rubber had just come off the top of one of mine and we were able to just slip it on without taking the whole piece out of the running board

There are 5-6 torx screws to undo under the running board. Those can be replaced easily. Mercedes does sell those by each. The rubber comes off those real easy. The others are bit more difficult to replace without removing the pad. If it's not one of those the others are all connected via a form grid. I think you can replace them. I know they come with a new pad. Once you remove all the screws, slide the pad to the side about 1/4 - 1/2 inches and lift up the loose end.
