I am a new owner of Gl450
I just noticed that when I start my car and put it on reveres and start to go back without press the accelerating paddle it very slow also it seems to be the same when put it on D without pressing the paddle

Is it normal or I should expect something more to pop up

Are you talking about how fast the car moves at idle speed? It should only move at about 1 or 2 kms per hours, or a slow walking pace.

Yes exactly

I used to have a Toyota land cruiser and it was much faster on idle like 5 to 6 kph
I just need to know is it normal with the GL or somethings wrong withe my gare

That's normal for any car. Anything else is not normal. You car should not go into reverse at a high speed while idling.

They are slow in gear and in reverse at engine idle speed. This is normal and due to the intelligent torque converter management geared towards towing- very loose at take off...
