How close do MB Tex and Leather look?
I managed to destroy one of my 2nd row seat cushions on my car and I'm looking for a replacement. It's an 08 if that matters. I can find lots of MB Tex black parts but not the actual leather.
My question is, will it look out of place side by side if I just replace one side or the seats?
If I replace the whole row, will it look out of place with the other 2 rows (the row in front and the row in back)?
For that matter is there an easy way to tell the difference between leather/mb tex in pictures? Is the stitching the same?
Thanks in advance.

Most people cannot tell the difference. Generally imitation leather is thought to be more durable.

MBtex is 10x more durable than leather. I currently have 2 MB's with leather and one with MBtex. Wish they all had MBtex instead. The leather shows wear before 50k miles while the MBTEX still looks as new at 200k miles.

I think that beige, or ivory, leather wears more nicely than the other leathers. The color hasn't faded and wrinkles are A LOT less noticeable than darker colors. That has been my experience.
