Hi All,

I drive a GL450 2007 model. Having an issue with my MB Bluetooth which is in my center console unit. It doesnt blink to show it is searching for devices to pair with. But I tried it in a friends GL550 and it worked perfectly. So it shows the device works. Now wondering what the issue could be in my ride.

I was also told it could just be there but its not meant for my model (as in the year - 2007). But am wondering why would MB put it there in the first place then. Please I need your help and advice...

I have a 2011 GL550 that my iPhone 7 will pair and connect with the Command bluetooth system, but cuts out during every call. Any ideas. Sorry for hijacking your thread, but I thought that they were along the same lines.

Check the harness that goes through the center armrest it is covered by a plastic mesh and there is a very thin power wire in the harness that breaks
