Hi everyone. Not trying to be negative but the last time I changed my oil (1 month ago) , I recall being thankful that there wasn't a shield blocking the oil pan bolt like there was all the way down the rest of the car.


I didn't "study" it but I am near certain there was shielding covering all but the exhaust. So after getting the car back from a air "bag" and strut replacement for the air system, I noticed it was not there. I complained and had it dropped off to replace the missing shield/s.. I get it back with the shield in the very front replaced.. covering the oil pan bolt .. that I didn't have originally.


#1 How many shields are there? Looks like it has:
a. side shields near the very sides all down the length of the car.
b. one for the very front engine bay.
c. one or two others covering the mid section of the car?


#2 What would you do?
