GL450 2011 CDs wont eject

Greetings,

I have the gl450 2011 and at the front console the cd's wont eject. I can hear a mechanical sound over and over when trying to eject but nothing happens. Any ideas how to remove the cds?

Best Regards,

Theo

take a post it. fold it in half with the sticky side up. put a flat object like your driver's license in between the fold long ways towards the fold. push the post it into the cd slot. firmly hold the bottom part of the post it while pushing your license into the cd slot. this will allow the sticky part of the post it to roll down onto the cd. use your license to put pressure onto the post it to allow it to stick to the cd. slowly pull cd out

Gl 450 2011 - none of the cds eject

Pressing the eject I can only hear a mechanical sound. I don't have access to cd magazine.

when trying to insert a cd nothing happens.

Unfortunately your head unit would need to be changed... they are really non- serviceable and the changers are somewhat fragile- especially if there is a history of abuse.
