Anyway to use COMAND while driving?

So almost every car in the US has this stupid lockout feature for "safety" reasons. The only car maker that doesn't have this is Tesla. mercedes on the other does, so is there anyway I can defeat that feature? There's one way that I know of but its costly at $200 I think, but is there is simpler or cheaper option?

I got the software. Works like a charm. Even the online operators manual works in motion.

Very dumb safety lockout. Bmw, porsche audi don't lockout.

Good luck,
