folks I recently purchased a 15 CPO GL550. When I play certain Disney DVDs ( bought from best buy or Amazon) for my girls like Frozen and Mickey Mouse they won't go forward beyond the title no matter how many times I try to play them and they just play fine in my home DVD player and rear seat entertainment of my 5 series. Let me put the following pictures for example. Any help would be much appreciated and will make my traveling very easy. Thanks a lot.

I can't even use the forward arrows to change the chapters as it says function not allowed
