GL 350 vs. 450 vs. 550 - Opinions
Kind folks of the X166 Forum,
Been hanging out on the X164 Forum as a 2011 GL350 owner. Ready to give this one up having had a 2007 GL 450 before.
Loved the GL450, but felt liked we lived at the gas station.
Like the GL350, but would have hated it without the ELW. Lots of issues.
Never driven a GL550 for fear we'll want one.
We rarely tow. Not really another car we know like the GL that provides the luxury for the size and a really good third row.
Any feedback on the new models from 2014-2016. May be new or used. Not sure yet.

You'll want one. We drove both the 350 and 450... they were good cars and the only thing that left less than good impressions were that the dealer scheduled test drives with us immediately after taking possession of them (they were used). They were both pretty dirty and each had several things malfunctioning. Not very smart on their part. We didn't push them on the timing of the drives.
At any rate, we found a Black/Black 2014 550 that was in immaculate shape and we absolutely love it.
